I'm Official!

It's official. Feather Falls Fiber has now become a "dot.com". That means that once I get some fiber dyed and some web work done I can show my stuff. Won't that be fun? Worst that can happen is that I'll have some pre-dyed fiber to spin up. Best that can happen is that I'll sell some fiber and have to order some more and dye more batches. That would be just too awesome.

I don't think I'll ever move up to spinning and selling my own handspun yarn. All the handspun yarns I've seen are pretty pricey and I just don't see it. I'd rather offer the spinner or the knitter the raw material and let them be the creative force after I add the colors. Besides, I'm still stashing most of my handspun for a big personal project. I only turn loose of it for special swaps or secret pals.
